Today I finished Investing in Apartment Buildings. I\'m happy and excited how it all is coming together. Now to build a spreadsheet on my phone to quickly compute the math explained in the book at a moments notice. Should be useful in the future when evaluating properties and their asking price. Help me quickly be able to give an offer or determine if it is overpriced. Good stuff!
After the spreadsheet I\'ll begin reading the managing rental properties book. Probably finish that before the end of the month.
