Ok maybe just two books but good ones. I bought Investing in Apartment Buildings and The Unofficial Guide to Managing Rental Properties.
I\'m about halfway through the investing one. Good information. A few things I hadn\'t thought of. And confirmation I\'m on the right track with my plans. I hope to finish this and the other book by the end of the month or at most mid-month next month.
I\'m also at 10% of my deposit goal already. Thanks be to God for extra work!
